3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by Traveler
- 30+ days before travel: 10% deduction
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% deduction
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% deduction
- Less than 7 days or No-show: No refund
B. Cancellation by Go Journey
If we cancel due to unavoidable reasons (weather, safety, etc.), you’ll be offered a full refund or a rescheduled trip.
C. Refund Process
